Benny’s musical career as a trumpet soloist and popular music group leader led him through America, where he appeared in great shows on radio and television, i.e. at the Ed Sullivan Show, The Jackie Gleason Show, at Radio City Music Hall in New York, at the Andrews Air Force Base in Washington, etc...

Being a Canadian Citizen, he was chosen by the National Defence Department to perform as a soloist in the European production From Canada With Love.

He was also invited on many occasions by The Royal Canadian Air Force Band, The United Nations and many other international organizations to perform in concerts.
